My comments thus far about the ARM Macbook (I got the 13” Pro):

- my usual laptop is my work-owned 15” Macbook Pro with a bad keyboard
- it’s teeny and light!
- yay escape key!
- it’s fast
- it’s fast even running rosetta
- fast is subjective, but it feels good

Rosetta was a good experience on the last CPU transition, and it *thus far* has been fine. The weirdest thing I have made it do thus far is compile Intel Rust binaries with the Intel rustc and run them.

In short, Big Sur is more in my face as a transition than the ARM-ness.
